01 / Architecture function
Separate particles in a controlled fall. Vertical chutes create parallel product streams. Cameras inspect exposed particles and timed air jets divert the configured reject while accepted material continues.

01 Stable metering Vibration and chute geometry distribute the material into repeatable streams before inspection.

Start with products that can form a clean falling stream. Particle size range, moisture, dust, fragility and surface behaviour determine whether a vertical chute is the correct starting architecture.
