About COWPIGGY
COWPIGGY is a Hong Kong-based industrial technology company specializing in application engineering, equipment configuration and global sales.
We analyse the operating requirement, engineer the configuration and coordinate production through qualified manufacturing partners in China.
How we work →Start with the product, not the machine
Every product behaves differently in feeding, inspection and ejection. We use your material and defect profile to narrow the machine architecture before discussing a model.
Discoloured kernels, broken product and selected foreign material.
Colour separation and visible contamination in selected recycled material streams.
Optically distinguishable colour, brightness and surface variation after feed review.
Off-colour product, impurities and visible shape-related defects.
Foreign material, colour anomalies and inconsistent leaves or herbal pieces.
Send photos, videos and a representative sample for an optical-separation feasibility review.
YOUR MATERIAL / YOUR DEFECT STANDARD
A better first conversation
A model name alone cannot tell you whether feeding is stable, the defects are visible or the target output is realistic. Your sample gives the project a measurable starting point.
Show the accepted product and the reject standard.
Define acceptable carryover and product damage concerns.
Share throughput, feed conditions, voltage and available space.
Reference machine range
These reference configurations show the available scale. Final model selection follows a material and throughput review.
01 Standard chute series
A multi-chute optical sorter configured around product type, defect visibility and plant conditions. Suitable as a reference platform for rice, grains, beans and selected nuts.
02 High-capacity chute series
A wider platform for larger processing lines. Capacity still depends on the material, defect ratio, feed uniformity and the required sorting accuracy.
Belt, plastic, mineral and application-specific systems can be reviewed after we understand the material and handling requirements.
Compare all sorting systems →Technology that answers a production question
The useful question is not whether a system contains advanced components. It is how each component helps separate your accepted product from your reject standard.
High-resolution image capture gives the controller more visual information about colour, shape and surface differences.
Lighting is configured to improve the contrast between good product, defects and foreign material.
Colour, shape, area and texture information can be combined to support more specific sorting rules.
The decision is translated into a timed air pulse that removes the targeted item from the product stream.
Consistent distribution helps the inspection zone see individual product more clearly and supports repeatable output.
Available remote functions can support operation, maintenance, upgrades and fault diagnosis after commissioning.
Sorting principle · simplified
The feed system distributes the material into a stable, controllable stream.
From inquiry to operating line
Each stage closes a specific uncertainty before the project moves forward—from material feasibility to commercial configuration and delivery planning.
Material, defect photos, throughput, voltage and plant context.
Confirm defect visibility, handling needs and the test objective.
Recommend machine format, channels and supporting requirements.
Align scope, documentation, shipment terms and installation needs.
Coordinate production, export logistics and commissioning preparation.
Beyond optical sorting
Stick pack, sachet, VFFS and integrated packaging configurations.
Electric pallet trucks, stackers, counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks for warehouses and industrial operations.
Request a configuration
You do not need to know the model. Share what your operation processes and the result you need; COWPIGGY will review the brief and tell you what information or samples are required next.
